FAQ

For most of our crochets we use 100% cotton. Except for the winter designs, here we use wool. Also for the limited edition designs it is possible that we use a different type of yarn. In every description of our crochets u can find the used yarn.

All of our Crochella designs are carefully made with yarns that are high quality. But please always take special care when washing your designs. Always wash them by hand or on a gentle cycle. The first time you wash it, wash it alone in case yarn colors run. NEVER machine dry your top. It will shrink! Allow to air dry. Do not bleach, as the cotton yarn will dissolve!

We only accept PayPal of Mollie (BCC) payments.

Items that are in our monthly stockdrop can be shipped within 2-3 business days. We try to ship items that are custom made to order, within 2-3 weeks. We do our very best to ship your custom design as fast as we can. Everything is made by hand so the process takes times. We will always do our best to ship faster.

We ask for a flat rate of 7 euro for the handling and shipping of your order. If you live near Stekene, Oost-Vlaanderen, Belgium you can pick up your order for free when ready.

We try to launch monthly stock drops where you can order our items that are in stock. Because all of our crochets are handmade, it takes time to build up stock for all our designs. The monthly drops are not made to order and can be shipped within 2-3 business days. U can order all of our crochet designs, custom made. In this case, we make your design based on your measurements and colour of choice. Because we make this items especially for you, it takes a little bit more time and depending on the amount of orders it can take up to 2-3 weeks before we ship your item.

We do our very best to make sure that you are in love with your crochet design. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with me within 14 days of purchase.
